About Jeff Anderson - My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Jeff, a native of Detroit, Michigan, moved to Tehachapi in 2001. An early graduate of High School, he spent over 6 months in South America assisting the local people in building churches, fixing homes and establishing a better life. Upon his return to the States he landed a job with a Ford Motor Company Dealership, and performed Stand-up comedy for local clubs and character voices for local radio stations. In 2001, after meeting his future wife online, Jeff made the move to Tehachapi and opened a game store that remains opened today. His Real Estate career began in 2005 when he became the Property Manager for a local real estate firm. He has actively participated in the Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors® where he has been Chairman of the MLS Committee and the Co-Chairman of the PR Committee. He completed the e-Pro designation course which prepares real estate agents for the world of technology as it applies to real estate sales and marketing.

Jeff has been married to his wife Kerry since 2002, and has two sons in Detroit, and one step-son in Roseville. In addition to his real estate training, Jeff has taken courses in Voice Over training for both commercial and character work.
